Information Collected By UEP/UEPGC
UEP/UEPGC may collect and store personally identifiable information about persons who visit this Site and voluntarily submit information in contacting us. Information collected includes your name, address, email address, business name and information about your business. We may also collect and store aggregate or anonymous information about user contact with and use of the Site.
How We Use Your Personal Information
UEP/UEPGC may use the personal information we collect to contact you about our services or those of our clients or other third parties from time to time. UEP/UEPGC is not responsible for removing information from third-party lists or databases of any kind.
Please note that we reserve the right to keep any personal or non-personal information submitted or collected until you delete or modify it or until we choose, for business reasons such as obsolescence, or legal reasons to delete it.
Reviewing or changing your information
In order to ensure that the information we maintain is accurate, UEP/UEPGC gives users the option to change or modify their information previously provided. If you would like to change your information currently in our database, please contact us at UEP@uepkauffman.org.
UEP/UEPGC is not responsible for updating information contained in third-party lists or databases.
We are committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information however, unless specifically noted on a page, we do not use encryption on the site. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put into place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard and secure the information we collect online. This Site is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we have no intention of collecting personally identifiable information from children (i.e., individuals under the age of 13). Where appropriate, we take reasonable measures to inform children not to submit such information to our site or in response to advertisements. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, that child's parent or guardian should send us a request marked "Urgent-Privacy" to UEP@uepkauffman.org if they would like the information submitted by the child deleted from our database. We will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
