The Urban Entrepreneur Partnership Inc. is in collaboration with the Center for Transformation & Strategic Initiatives (CTSI).
The main role for CTSI is to help leaders of public service organizations shape and energize strategic initiatives. CTSI makes concerted efforts to develop and adapt organizational capabilities to suit their foreseen future role in solving public policy problems.
